Come and enjoy a group tour of the Couper Country Sugar Bush. A group tour is a walking tour where you have the opportunity to learn about tree tapping, the production of sap, and the history of maple syrup making in North America. If the weather permits, a sap tasting experience is also in the agenda.

        An optional pancake breakfast is available with your group tour. Please book in advance. This breakfast includes: pancakes with a side of bacon or sausage, smuthered with Couper Country maple syrup.
The beverages available are: Juice, Hot Chocolate, and Coffee. Breakfast can be catered to each individual group.

After the walking tour, we then proceed to the sugar house where people can experience and see maple sap being boiled down in the evaporation process.
Students can then participate in an interactive lesson which will show them how the different grades of syrup are made(amber, medium, light, and extra light). You will also learn about the density of maple, and how Couper Country callibrates their system on a daily basis.
